Two ways to build a schedule
Quick form for predictable schedules. Drag-to-paint calendar for irregular ones. Both produce the same set of bookable slots and respect existing class times.
Conflict-free by default
Group classes block the same room. Two privates in the same room at the same time are impossible. Database-level locking means two families clicking "book" at once can't both win.
Recurring bookings
Families can book "every Tuesday at 4 for the next month" in one click. Unavailable weeks get skipped silently with a clear summary of what was booked vs missed.
Auto-billed to the family ledger
Booking a slot creates a pending charge in the family's existing ledger. No separate billing system, no after-the-fact invoicing. Refunds happen automatically on cancellation.
Cancellation windows
Set how close to the lesson families can self-cancel. Inside the window, families have to call. Admins can always cancel (instructor sick day, weather closure) and the family gets credited automatically.
